Veraart Research and RETO Design in the Netherlands have been working for many years in many European countries and they discovered that there are no simple European portals that combine the most important elements that people who are working internationally really need.

After a very successful launch of their website on international research sources (www.research-sources.com), they decided to create a website particularly for people working in, or communicating with, many different European countries each day. Every international manager had the experience trying to contact people in other countries and wondering why there was no answer and than finding out during the day that country X has a banking holiday based on saints, liberation, revolution, reunification or the King's or Queens birthday. This is the first part of the website followed by a section of international papers and a page of links to European economical, political and business sources. This page can be adapted to the users wishes and also be used on the user computer at home as well as at work or laptop. In the personal settings your own newspapers and other personal links can be selected and stored. Logging in from any computer on the Internet you will see the page according to one's own settings.
